Youth Gathering CANCELLED
The Youth meeting that was scheduled for tonight has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Please mark your calendar for March 24 – Lasertag To Go will be at Rexdale Alliance Church. Young Adults Gathering Tomorrow
Saturdays (bi-weekly), March 11 & 25, Details Below
As usual, Young Adults are meeting bi-weekly on Saturdays this month. We will be meeting in the Fireside Lounge from 7-9 pm on March 11 for our Alpha gathering. On March 25, we are having a special Alpha retreat from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at St John’s York Mills Church with lunch included. Come ready for fellowship, food and reflection.
Wonderfully Made Dress Drive
Collecting Dresses until March 19 (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm; Sundays 9 am - 12 pm), Lobby or Church Office
"Wonderfully Made" Dress Drive is part of an initiative in collaboration with our Young Adults Ministry, where we are collecting dresses of all sizes, jewelry, and accessories that will be gifted to young women in our community to help them prepare for prom, weddings, or other special occasions. Do you have some gently used special-occasion dresses, accessories, or costume jewelry you won't wear again? Would you like to be a part of helping young women? Then please consider helping with this opportunity! (The dress/accessories giveaway for young women will take place on Saturday, April 1 – Please encourage the young women in your life to sign up at ). Donations can be left with office staff during the week, or on Sundays with Ruby Isaac, Marilyn Spagnolo, Theresa Catania, or Solange Werners. For further inquiries, email church@rexdalealliance.ca.

The Praxis this Sunday

All are welcome to join us at The Praxis, happening on Sunday mornings throughout the month! We are a group of apprentices of Jesus seeking to be conformed to His likeness through spiritual formation practices. There will be coffee and muffins, too! Monthly Evergreen Meeting

Impactus Workshop for Men
Saturday, March 25, 8 - 11 am, Grace Chinese gospel Church of North York, 201 Temp Ave., North York (between Finch and Steels)
Attention men 18+! Impactus is running a workshop on "Building Authentic Friendships" and we are inviting all men to attend! The event includes breakfast and will be lead by Bill Inness, National Community Relations Manager for Impactus/Promise Keepers Canada. He has experience and the insight from thousands of encounters with men in their habitat and church community. Men, this is a timely topic. We need people to give attention and take leadership in this area. Men often find themselves doing Christian life on their own without the experience, mentorship and support of a band of brothers or the opportunity to mentor others also. The cost is only $20. The Quiz Team Needs Your Help
"Quote-A-Thon" Sunday, April 2
Our next quiz meet is in May at Joy Bible Camp. To help cover the cost of this quiz meet, we will be having a quote-a-thon on April 2. Consider sponsoring one or all of our teens to encourage their memorizing. Watch for sign-up sheets in the lobby on March 26 after service. We also invite prayer partners to walk alongside our teens as they continue to e God’s Word in their hearts, and for wisdom for our coaches to be able to shepherd well. Remembering Leonie Bailey
Leonie Bailey, a long-time church attendee of Rexdale, passed away on March 2 at Etobicoke General Hospital in the presence of her loving husband Neville, sister-in-law Verma, daughter Carolyn and grandkids Alisa & Khalil, while sons and daughter were on their way. Please keep the family in prayer during this time of loss. Funeral and visitation details are as follows.

Quizzing Post-Meet Praise Update
Exciting news from Bible Quizzing! Our Bible Quizzing team travelled to Belleville on Saturday, March 4, to participate in the 3rd Quiz Meet of this year. Our 9 teens have worked hard since January, and altogether memorized 530 verses from Acts 11-15! Quiz meets are friendly competitions, and we celebrated with our RAC3 team who were awarded the Most Improved Team award. Rachel B was the quizzer with the 5th highest score overall, and Annella C earned the Most Improved Quizzer award. In between competing, quizzers and coaches alike from churches across Southern Ontario fellowshipped with and encouraged each other just like the people of the early church. Thanks for continuing to support our Quizzing Team!
