Our Good Friday service is tomorrow and we have a special treat for you! We will be joined by artist, Jason Hildebrand, who will be presenting "The Jesus Stories". All are invited to attend this unique event and those who are able are encouraged to park across the street at TCI. The service will be streamed on our Rexdale Alliance Church YouTube channel for those who cannot attend in person. Children will join their parents in the auditorium during the service. An activity bag will be given to each child and room 201 will remain open for parents and children to use as needed. Our regular Sunday School schedule will resume Easter Sunday.

Friday, April 7, 6-9 pm, Bayview Glen Church
Join students from across the GTA & beyond to celebrate Jesus and the real story of Easter. Prepare to be amazed, moved and encouraged as speaker Mike Gordon brings the message of Good Friday! Cost is $10 at the door. Parents are asked to drop off//pick up their youth or carpool to this event.

Sunday, April 9, 10 am, Rexdale Alliance Church
All are invited to join us on Easter Sunday at our regular service time. Our Easter choir will be helping us worship and celebrate the joyous new life we have in Jesus through His sacrifice and resurrection! Childcare will be provided.

Saturday, April 8 & 22, 7-10 pm, Fireside Lounge
Young Adults gather every other Saturday. We are doing Alpha right now. Join us for some deep conversations and fellowship over snacks.

Build a solid foundation for your growing faith! Join us at Small Circle Discipleship for ‘NEXT’, a 6 week experience for apprentices of Jesus covering topics such as: our new identity in Christ, reading the Bible, prayer, Baptism, the Holy Spirit, temptation, serving and more! Youth Ministry is for youth in Grades 6-12. We always meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Our next meeting is on April 14. Please join us for an evening of bowling, bonding and great fun with friends and our fearless leaders. We will be meeting at the Rexdale Bowlerama from 7-9pm. Don’t forget to bring your friends. Evergreens (55+) are meeting again this month for a social! We will be joined by guest Baha Habashy who will be speaking on the theme: "Plan Your Freedom Years - Live Life to the Full and Finish Well". Lunch will be served, too! Connection – Community – Celebration! Let’s gather together, encourage one another and grow in our faith journeys! We have the pleasure of welcoming Loreli Cockram, who is the Young Parents Director at Youth Unlimited. Join us this summer for 4 weeks of fun activities—Bible lessons, games, crafts, and more! Campers will make friends, learn new skills, and hear about Jesus! Each week involves a different theme and tailored activities. Learn more and register HERE. 

After hitting the monthly budget target way back in December, it is unfortunate to report that each month since then has fallen short by a substantial margin, greater than $10,000. 

For the whole 2023 fiscal year, Ministry Fund offerings are now over $60,000 behind budget. Thank you for continuing to give to the Ministry Fund which is currently RAC’s greatest area of financial need. Please keep in mind that the Ministry Fund is RAC’s primary fund securing our ability to fulfill our mission of “Connecting Rexdale to Jesus and His Mission.”

Starting this Friday, April 7, 2023 “Tap to Give” is coming to RAC. For people who prefer donating in smaller amounts, don’t carry around cash, and do not require a donation receipt, Tap to Give provides a quick and easy way to support the ministry of RAC. With a quick tap of your credit or debit card or by using Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can make a donation to RAC. Just choose the amount you wish to give using one of the fixed amounts of $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 printed on each device. Or, if you want to give a different amount, you can tap a combination of amounts or tap the same amount multiple times. For those wishing to receive a receipt, we continue to offer our existing methods of electronic giving such as online giving through our app or website or by sending an e-transfer to give@rexdalealliance.ca. Thanks for financially supporting your RAC church community.
