Associate Pastor – Local & Global Outreach

RAC is looking to fill a key leadership position within our organization. The Associate Pastor of Local and Global Outreach (Associate Pastor L&GO) will embody the mission, vision and values of RAC with the twin goals of building strategic outreach initiatives and equipping and mobilizing the congregation towards those initiatives so that the gospel is spread through the Rexdale community and abroad.

The Associate Pastor L&GO will give direction to RAC’s existing outreach ministries and look to build and develop new strategic initiatives, relationships and connection points. The Associate Pastor L&GO will report to the Lead Pastor and will be a member of RAC’s vibrant pastoral staff team. You will be a faithful servant, modelling Christ’s love to those within and without the RAC church community. The Associate Pastor L&GO requires an organized, motivated, outward-focused and strategic-minded apostle leader and mentor. This position requires focus and competency in the following areas: partnership identification and development; relationship building, equipping and mobilization for outreach; compassionate service and care.
